The Coiled Spring Club - Workshops

The Coiled Spring Club - For the Boys & Girls

Girls are sugar and spice and all things nice, right? NO!

I’m a coiled spring, ready to bounce off the walls and talk about an array of things until it’s 2020!

Isn't ADHD just for boys?

ADHD isn’t just the media spun image of a young boy tearing round a supermarket, it’s so much more than that. With so much focus on boys, girls with ADHD can feel invisible, but NOT ANYMORE..…its for Boys & Girls.

Sarah Emmott, an award winning writer and performer who is currently touring ‘Declaration’  which explores her road to ADHD diagnosis, will be running a creative FUN workshops to explore making ADHD your best friend and greatest asset!

'Declaration' Theatre Show is coming to Norfolk in November too!

Tickets are now available for Sarah Emmott’s UK touring performance of ‘Declaration’. All Welcome (14 +)

Instinctive, curious, bold and bouncy; Sarah is a mighty proud square peg, which wouldn’t be such a problem if the hole wasn’t so damn round.  With autobiographical comedy, storytelling and conversations with audiences, Declaration takes you on a curious, colourful and candid exploration of ADHD, Diagnosis and Mental Health.
