Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book and pay?

You can book on the course page and then you will be asked to fill out a course registration form then that’s it! You can then join our Facebook group called ADHD in Education, where you can ask any further questions. You will be sent all the details before the start of the course explaining everything in full and there will be scheduled trial sessions too so that you can practice using the online platform and familiarise yourself with everything.  If you still need support, we have got it covered too; all those on our qualification course will have their own mentor every step of the way.

I am struggling with logging into the virtual classroom.

Don’t worry, you will have your own mentor for the entire course who will be with you (virtually) every step of the way! You will be able to try out lots of test sessions before the course starts too.

*Important* Please note you are not required to use your video camera, so you can even study in your PJ’s!

I am behind in my coursework.

We are here to support you for the duration of the course. You will have at least two weeks to do your coursework but if you are still struggling you can ask for free extra support with 1:1 sessions to get you caught up. Yes, we did say FREE… it is all included in the price.

I cannot afford to pay the course fee in one payment.

We know money can be tight sometimes and other commitments can take priority, so this is why we will do our best to support you. Please contact us if you need support with your payments and we will come up with alternative options.

Something has happened and I have to defer the course.

Obviously, we want you to do well! We want you to recommend us to others. However, we do understand that life sometimes just does not go as smooth as we would like it. The good thing is that we run the course more than once throughout the year so we can pause your place and start it again when you are ready.
